Terence has extensive real estate marketing and sales experience. And, from the very early days of his career has brought a keen interest in new construction and architecture to his career. He graduated from Rhode Island School of Design with a BFA in sculpture. He worked in glass, graphic design and photography.
Terence joined William Pitt Sotheby’s International Realty in its New Homes Division in 1989. He took the reins of the division in 1991 and has since marketed over 650 homes totaling over $380 million in sales volume. Development types include urban lofts, mid-rise apartments, townhouses, luxury single-family, rental and timeshare. He later formed a blue horizon - new development marketing, offering a new business model for developers.
Sales and marketing awards include the Connecticut Home Builders Association award for “best-marketed development” in four different years and Connecticut Association of Realtors award for “best residential brochure”. In addition, Terence was named 1999 New Home Marketer of the Year and the 2001 Associate of the Year by the State Builders Association.
Recently, Terence has offered his vast experience to individual luxury homeowners and homebuilders. Home owners and home builders both want their real estate positioned and marketed to create special opportunities for buyers to find and buy their homes. Terence’s vast experience levels the playing field and gives sellers an advantage in getting their home sold quickly and successfully.
Terence is a trustee of the New Home Marketing Group of America, a national group of dominant real estate companies focused on improving the new home sales process. He is a member of the National Sales & Marketing Council, the Urban Land Institute and is on the board of directors of the Fairfield County Home Builders Association which he serves as a National Director. An 18-year William Pitt Sotheby’s International Realty veteran, Terence lives in Fairfield with his wife and two daughters.
